I order the flowers 3 day in advance to be delivered on the 16 and on the 16 at 4:45 I called Madison Avenue Florist asking if they delivered my flower arrangement and were told that they are without electricity and or internet therefore they don’t have any information or delivery order pending. I had to send proof by WhatsApp to a private cel # of my payment and email confirmation of my order. So I was very upset because I had planned for this arrangement to be received early but didn’t.
